I know how frustrating it is to buy a new item only to have it break or
rip right away. It can usually be fixed, but you shouldn't have to
do that to something you just bought, right? Assuming we are
probably in agreement, I manufacture all of my equipment to be able to
withstand extreme use and even abuse to prevent this sort of new gear blowout.
At CamStraps.com we guarantee our
quality and workmanship. If you find defective stitching or
material within the first year, return it to us and we will repair or
replace the item. (based on the defect, our choice) You will only
need to pay the shipping costs to return it to us. This does not
cover damage done to the equipment during use. If a strap breaks
because you used it to secure a car on a trailer, that's stressing the
equipment far beyond it's design. If you load 48 cans of beer in
a drag bag and run Lava with it hanging over the edge, well, that's just
plain foolish! You'll lose your bag, your beer, and probably your
raft!

Be sure to include a current
return address so we can get it back to you. Items must be clean
and ready to be worked on. Equipment that is covered in sand,
river slime, or other grit or grime will be charged a cleaning fee. |
